The Uprising

CreataCo’s Hands-On Technical Consulting stepped in to support Detroit Doo Disposal with more than just a website. They needed a complete business system to handle lead generation, service routing, contractor management, and payment processing. We worked closely with them to design and implement a setup that addressed both customer-facing marketing and back-end operations.
Our team developed a local SEO-optimized website focused on capturing leads, alongside custom flyers and business cards for neighborhood outreach. We configured service routing and account management using Jobber, set up contractor onboarding and payment processing through QuickBooks, and managed Google Ads campaigns. We also created and scheduled social media content designed specifically to engage the Downriver community and build brand awareness.
This project wasn’t about quick fixes. It was about building dependable systems that allowed Detroit Doo Disposal to operate more efficiently and scale their business with confidence. By combining branded marketing assets, a lead-focused website, and automated service workflows, the business gained full control over both growth and day-to-day management.
challenges we’ve faced
Helping Detroit Doo Disposal grow required addressing key challenges that went beyond building a website. As a service-based business handling both customer-facing and back-end operations, they needed a complete system capable of managing leads, contractors, service routing, and payments while maintaining a strong local brand presence. From establishing consistent marketing channels to configuring technical workflows, each step required a hands-on, customized approach.
- 1Establishing a consistent lead flow through SEO, paid ads, and print materials while competing with larger local service providers.
- 2Setting up efficient service routing, job scheduling, and customer management processes to replace manual scheduling.
- 3Creating a unified brand experience across website, social media, and printed materials to build trust and recognition in the community.
- 4Managing multiple marketing channels, such as website, ads, flyers, and social posts while maintaining consistent messaging and design.
- 5Streamlining contractor onboarding and payment processing using Jobber and QuickBooks integrations.

Our Process
Planning
At the beginning of every project, we collaborate with our clients to develop a comprehensive project plan. The initial scope document may be provided by the client or created through a combination of phone discussions and in-person meetings.
Wireframing
After finalizing the project plan and scope, our wireframing team steps in to define the placement of all elements on each page of the application, whether it’s a consumer-facing mobile app or a backend business tool. This critical phase ensures we reach a clear agreement on the content and layout of each page for the user’s access.
Design
Once the wireframes for all pages are finalized, our design team takes the lead to craft the application’s final look and functionality. This is an exciting phase where the entire application begins to take shape. We provide clickable prototypes, allowing you to fully experience the user journey before the development process begins.
Code
With the wireframes and designs complete, we move on to coding the application to bring it to life. As an Agile development team, we divide the project into feature-focused segments called Sprints. This method enables our clients to regularly review the software’s progress and provide feedback at the end of each Sprint. Your input and active involvement are highly valued throughout the development journey.
Testing
Testing mobile and software applications is a vital step to ensure the product is functional, reliable, and user-friendly. This process typically includes multiple stages, using various techniques and tools to uncover defects, bugs, and usability challenges. The objective is to identify and resolve these issues before the application’s public release, enhancing the user experience and contributing to the product’s overall success.
Deployment
Once the application is complete and has received approval from our internal QA team, project management, and the client, we proceed to deploy the code to its final destination. Hosting options include client-owned servers, web hosting, or cloud-based solutions. We assist clients in exploring these options and manage the final stages of deployment.
