Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the target market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in a CRM system.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the IT Services sector.
  • Experience in using analytical software for data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in conducting compelling product demos.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. The rewards are directly tied to your success in bringing in new business. Commission shall be calculated based on the total value of new client contracts secured, as delineated in the following tiered structure:

Tier 1: For new client contracts ranging from $0 – $25,000, the Contractor shall receive a commission rate of 10%.

Tier 2: For new client contracts ranging from $25,001 – $100,000, the Contractor shall receive a commission rate of 15%.

Tier 3: For new client contracts ranging from $100,001 – $250,000, the Contractor shall receive a commission rate of 18%.

Tier 4: For new client contracts exceeding $250,000, the Contractor shall receive a commission rate of 20%.
